Jose Madriz

Senior project manager
Jose has extensive experience in managing the successful development and completion of high end commercial, residential and hospitality design-build projects. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with a solid track record of successfully completing projects while maintaining budget and schedule requirements. Before joining the Epelboim team, he was project manager for Telesco Construction Inc where he oversaw multiple commercial and residential construction projects for the organization, including the ground-up construction of a 20,000 square foot night club and restaurant.
Previously, he held positions as project manager and assistant project manager for Suffolk Construction, Pavarini Construction and Thornton Construction, contributing to diverse multi-million dollar projects ranging from special care facilities for Memorial Healthcare Systems, to luxury hotels and condos, to aviation infrastructure for  The North Terminal Development Program at Miami International Airport. Jose is proficient in cost analysis, negotiations and the use of core management tools such as Meridian and Primavera. Jose earned a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from  Florida International University and a Bachelor of  Design degree in Architecture from The University of Florida.
