Carolina Dalul is a successful, multicultural professional coach with over 15 years of experience in team dynamics and organizational change.
Her interdisciplinary background and skills have led her to work with executives and corporate teams ranging from manager level to Board level officials providing substantial results in diverse industries and worldwide.
A strategic and visionary thinker, working for global entities across the public, private and third sectors, Carolina became intrigued with teams: what constitutes a true, high-performance team, and how the individual development and interactions of team members work collectively together. This interest and passion led her to pursue and earn a master’s in Coaching and Organizational Change at the Universidad del Salvador. Ms. Dalul additionally holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) and speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese perfectly.
Inspiring people, at all levels, Carolina has achieved personal and professional success in a variety of roles, serving as staff, consultant or founder to a wide range of companies in the pharmaceutical, refrigerated foods, mass consumer products and manufacturing industries.
Ms. Dalul’s experience and career has advanced in the United States, Spain, Brazil and her native Argentina, working for multinational companies and later consolidating and running her own successful start-up, Hiperlibrerías Koruya; growing this business to seven locations and over 100 employees and later selling it.
Currently, a professor of Leadership and International Negotiation at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and of Coaching in the English language at the Universidad del Salvador and researcher for the Investigative and Development Vicerectorate of the same institution.
